2007 Boardman Tasker Prize for Mountain Literature


The Boardman Tasker Prize is given to books with mountains as a central theme. It commemorates the lives of Peter Boardman and Joe Tasker who in 1982 died attempting to climb the North East Ridge on Mount Everest. Both men wrote vividly about their mountaineering expeditions and these books been have now been brought together in one volume: The Boardman Tasker Omnibus.
