Red House Children's Book Awards - 2008

The Red House Children's Book Awards are judged in three age categories - "Younger Children", "Younger Readers" and "Older Readers". One of the three category winners is then chosen as the overall Red House Children's Book Award winner. In 2008 that honour went to Skulduggery Pleasant - a story about a girl called Stephanie and "Skulduggery" the detective skeleton of a long-dead wizard.
